Girls and Boys Team Summer Workout Groups in NO way will determine the competitive level for the 23-24 Season. Team Summer Workout groups are based on skill set. Actual team placement will occur in August and be based on skill and mental readiness for the level to be competed.

Other: 3 Chin-ups, 5 proper push-ups

Bars: Pullover to Cast to Horizontal connection, Back Hip Circle + Back Hip Circle connections, Squat On to Long Hang Pullover
Beam: Cartwheel or Back Walkover, Full Turn
Floor: Round Off double Back Handspring, Side Aerial, Punch Front
Other: 5 Chin Ups, One (1) Side split, 10 proper push-ups

Other: 10 Chin-ups, Right and Left Splits, 25 proper push-ups
